The Catalan Institute of Oncology –hereinafter ICO–, entity with Nº Q-5856383-D and address at Gran Vía de Hospitalet 199-203, 08908 Hospitalet de Llobregat, is the owner of this portal.
These provisions regulate the use of the registration service in job offers that the ICO makes available to interested parties through the Talent Clue recruitment software –hereinafter, the Portal–. Its use implies acceptance and adherence to the Conditions of Use of the platform and the Privacy Policy of the Institution. - Conditions of use of the service
The applicant undertakes to make correct use of the Talent Clue platform in accordance with the law and this Legal Notice.
When filling out the forms, you will find fields marked with an asterisk (*), which are strictly necessary to meet your request. The lack of compliance with the fields determined as mandatory or the provision of incorrect data will make it impossible for the Portal to manage your request. The inclusion of data in the remaining fields is voluntary, without the refusal to provide this information implying a reduction in the quality or quantity of your application.
Each user is responsible for the veracity of the data entered in the Portal, as well as for communicating any modification or error in them, assuming the possible consequences of entering erroneous or false data. The applicant will be liable for possible damages arising from the breach of this obligation or any conduct on their part that violates the law or prevents the proper functioning of the Portal.
Failure to comply with these rules authorizes Talent Clue and the ICO to deactivate an offer or curriculum, or to deny the use of the portal services to the user, without the user being entitled to any compensation. - Protection of personal data Processing of personal data
In compliance with the current provisions regarding Data Protection of
Personal Character, we inform you that the personal data, as well as the information you provide when filling in any electronic form available on the Talent Clue platform, will be incorporated into an automated file under the responsibility of the ICO.
The purpose of this treatment is to process applications for participation in selection processes carried out by the Institution, eliminating any offer, curriculum or message whose contents are not related to this purpose.
The legitimacy for the treatment is based on the application of pre-contractual measures between the ICO and the applicant, as well as on the fulfillment of legal obligations –articles 6.1b) and 6.1c) of the General Data Protection Regulation.
These data may be communicated to Public Organizations and Administrations, with no plans to transfer them to third parties outside the EU.
The personal data provided will be kept for a period of one (1) year after the current selection process has ended and provided that the applicant has not exercised the right of deletion, in order to be part of the ICO job market and to be able to participate in future job offers.

The Portal complies with the security levels required by current regulations on Data Protection, appropriate to the nature of the information being processed at any given time. However, technical security in a medium such as the Internet is not impregnable and there may be fraudulent actions by third parties, although the Portal puts all the means at its disposal to avoid these actions.
Rights of the Data Owner
The applicant has the power to exercise the rights of access, rectification, deletion, limitation, portability and opposition regarding the processing of their data, in accordance with the provisions of current regulations.
You can exercise them through any of the channels provided for by the administrative procedure and that allow the applicant to sufficiently prove their legitimacy, as well as the sending and receiving of documentation.
However, the ICO puts at your disposal two ways to carry out the management electronically, with the interested party being able to carry out the corresponding procedure through the Electronic Office of the ICO, on the website https://ico.eadministracio.cat/info. 4, or by sending an email to the Data Protection delegate, attaching a copy of your ID to the request.
The ICO will respond within one month from the date of receipt of your request. This time may be extended for two months if necessary, taking into account the complexity and number of requests.
In the event that you do not agree with the processing of your data by the Institution, consider that your rights have been infringed, or do not receive a response within the stipulated period, you may request the protection of your rights by filing the appropriate claim with the control body, the Catalan Data Protection Authority. -
Intellectual and industrial property
All the contents of the Portal, including the texts, photographs, graphics, images, icons, technology, software, links and other audiovisual or sound content, as well as its graphic design and source code, are the intellectual property of Talent Clue or third parties. none of the exploitation rights recognized by current regulations regarding intellectual property over them can be understood to be transferred to the user, except for those that are strictly necessary for the use of the platform.
The trademarks, trade names or distinctive signs are the property of Talent Clue or third parties, without it being understood that access to the Portal entails the attribution of any right over them.6. Legislation
This Legal Notice is governed in each and every one of its extremes by the Spanish and Catalan law that is applicable at all times.
